Scheduling a Seminar

Discover the Genesis would be honored to present their materials before your church or school.

Meetings may be scheduled via e-mail: schedule@discoverthegenesis.org or by calling directly at (850)776-3527

Below are several details regarding hosting a DtG creation seminar.

Expenses: Discover the Genesis covers all of its own travel expenses and specifically asks that churches not provide a love offering or honorarium.

Children’s Session: In most cases DtG evangelists are accompanied be an assistant. These traveling companions are trained as dinosaur experts specializing in teaching children Biblical truths through God’s creation. If you would be interested in having a lesson delivered to the children of the church during the main presentation in the auditorium, we would be happy to make the necessary arrangements.

Display Table: If space near the church entrance/foyer is available, Discover the Genesis would like to set up a display showing the Biblical timeline, dinosaur replicas, fossils, ect.

Additional Materials: In past meetings, I have made a book called the Evolution Handbook available to the congregation. These books cost me $1.79 a piece and I distribute them for the very same price or less if people are not able to pay. My goal is to get the material into the hands of the people. These books are placed next to a small container in which folks can place money if they so choose. If you, as the pastor, feel uncomfortable selling material at church, please feel free to say so and the books will be left off the table.

Lodging & Accommodations: In an effort to save money and open opportunities to minister, DtG prefers that its evangelists lodge with a family from the church or in the church itself. If these options are not available, DtG will see that other accommodations are arranged.

You will be contacted approximately one month prior to the scheduled meetings to nail down final details and answer any questions you might have.
